The bittersweet finale of season 2 of “Once Upon A Time” saw Belle regain her memory following an identity crisis just in time to share a farewell kiss with Rumplestiltskin as he set sail on a “suicide mission” to rescue his grandson Henry. According to a July 31 report on Wetpaint, the couple will be reunited in season 3.

Robert Carlyle who plays the multi-faceted Rumple appeared at the San Diego Comic Con roundtable and shared a tidbit for fans to hold on to. Carlyle says, “Belle and Rumplestiltskin will meet again, in Neverland, but not in the way that you imagine.”

Carlyle explained that Belle is his moral compass and he needs her to keep him grounded. “I think Belle is his moral center, and the further he gets away from her, the more dangerous he can become,” Robert said.

So just how will they be reunited? Carlyle wouldn’t say more but it’s a safe bet that he and his travelling companions aboard the Jolly Roger are not necessarily going to end up simpatico because of a shared quest. When asked if Rumple would be safe with Hook on board, Carlyle replied “Is Hook safe with Rumple on the boat? That’s what I would say. Hook’s not safe, I can tell you that!”

Looks like season 3 will be on wild ride. The premiere of “Once Upon a Time” season 3 will air Sept. 29 on ABC.

D'abord grande méchante de la série, Regina est devenue l'un des persos préférés des fans de Once upon a time, au fur et à mesure de la saison 2. As "Once Upon a Time" season 3 continues filming alongside its spinoff "Once Upon a Time in Wonderland," spoilers have surfaced after a recent interview with Adam Horowitz and Eddy Kitsis.

EOnline reports that the upcoming "Once Upon a Time" character Tinkerbell will indeed have "complicated" history with Captain Hook, despite reports to the contrary earlier.



In addition, Tinkerbell will have a connection to not one, but two character riding on the Jolly Roger. The suspects include Mr. Gold aka Rumplestiltskin, Emma, Regina, Mary Margaret, and David.


"It's taking the icon and putting our spin on it," said Adam Horowtiz during the San Diego Comic-Con panel. "How we introduce her and who she is [will] hopefully be surprising. We're going to find that she has a surprising connection to someone at this table."

Rose McIver ("The Lovely Bones") has been cast as Tinkerbell, but what's fishy about this "Once Upon a Time" season 3 spoiler is that earlier, Adam Horowtiz and Eddy Kitsis ruled out Captain Hook as the person Tinkerbell has a connection with.

So, are they purposefully misleading "Once Upon a Time" fans with Tinkerbell's past, or should viewers take this tidbit with a grain of salt?

"Once Upon a Time" season 3 will also introduce Peter Pan and Rufio as the cast make their way into Neverland.

"Peter Pan has a complicated motivation. It's a little different than you've seen before. He might be frightening. To some people," teased Kitsis.

Sadly, Tinkerbell is not a new series regular, but will only be a recurring character with a multiple-episode arc in "Once Upon a Time" season 3.

The Once Upon a Time creators attended a panel at Disney’s D23 Expo yesterday to preview season 3, and premiere a new sneak peek clip!

Once Upon a Time season 3 is only just over a month away, and at the D23 panel, showrunners Ed Kitsis and Adam Horowitz had a lot of new details to reveal about season 3.

Carter Matt reports from the event, writing that we can expect to see other characters from The Little Mermaid appear in season 3 besides Ariel – such as perhaps Ursula and Ariel’s one true love Eric.

And speaking of new characters, the creators tease that fairytale characters/Disney princesses Rapunzel and Tiana are both in the works, though probably won’t appear in this season.

The producers also want to take the story to Oz at one point to explore The Wizard of Oz universe, but that’s another thing they’re keeping for future seasons.

The Hollywood Reporter adds in their report of the event that an Emma/Hook romance is a strong possibility. We will also learn through flashbacks how Hook first became a pirate.

Finally, in the new sneak peek shown at the expo (which has not yet made its way online), Rumpelstiltskin is seen warning Felix, one of Peter Pan’s lost boys, that if he and Peter Pan should fight, he plans to take the Lost Boys down with him. This clip strongly suggests that Once‘s version of Peter is very different from the one we thought we knew – and we’d expect nothing less!

According to Lana Parrilla, her Evil Queen and the rest of the Storybrooke gang traveling to Neverland will encounter a pod of finned creatures who are "beautiful, full-bodied and not the nicest mermaids. They're more like sirens."

Trying to be on her very best behavior, Regina/Evil Queen will find a surprising love connection in the third episode — perhaps with Robin Hood (Sean Maguire), who will appear on both Once and its Wonderland spinoff. "Regina's love has to be very manly, and Robin Hood is that," Parrilla says. "I'm getting very excited." (Alas, she shouldn't get too excited, since producers tell me this romance will take a tragic turn.)

Also expect to learn the origins of Tinker Bell, the Blue Fairy and fairy Nova. And while Rumplestiltskin (Robert Carlyle) and Belle (Emilie de Ravin) are separated in different lands, "Rumbelle" shippers will be treated to what de Ravin calls "a dreamlike reunion/interaction between Mr. Gold and Belle," with the possibility of Belle soon joining her lost love in Neverland. Exciting news has been pouring out of the ‘Once Upon a Time’ camp ever since filming for season 3 started last month. Tiny tidbits hit the internet everyday, so to keep track of thing, we are breaking them into categories. For starters, let’s meet the new members of our beloved ‘OUAT’ family.

After three years of speculation and anticipation, our dream cast wish has come true! Nearly a month after Comic-Con hyped up Ariel’s arrival with a fun teaser, we have learned that Joanna Garcia Swisher is set to play the recurring role of The Little Mermaid. TVGuide exclusively reports:

Producers promise a compelling back-story and twist for their Little Mermaid, while retaining the beloved character's "wide-eyed" charm and ambitions we came to know in Disney's 1989 animated classic. And as is the norm with Once characters, she'll most likely have ties to a character we know.
“
Could Ariel's witchy octopus nemesis Ursula the sea witch be far behind? "Ursula could appear this season, absolutely," teases executive producer Eddy Kitsis. "But on our show you never know what that might mean."”

Will this back-story include Prince Eric? Or does ‘OUAT’ have a different love story in store for Ariel? Could she have ties to Captain Hook? Neverland has been known for its mermaids. TVGuide teases:

We know that season 3 will focus on Storybrooke and Neverland, unless the ‘OUAT’ team chooses to introduce fans to a whole new world, it is safe to assume that Ariel’s flashy fins will surface in Neverland. We may have to wait until the sixth episode of the season, but maybe the first handful of episodes will help us figure out how Ariel will make her grand entrance on ‘Once Upon A Time.’

As we’ve learned over the past two season of ‘Once Upon A Time,’ you never how these characters’ paths have crossed in the past. If Tink has an “unlikely connection” to someone, then it might be someone less obvious. Hook and Bae have been in Neverland, so who else could have ties with Tinker Bell? We know the Seven Dwarves were close to fairies. Although Grumpy didn’t make the journey to Neverland, he could still serve as a common link. Tinker Bell may trust the Charmings & Co. because they are friends with Grumpy. Maybe we will even see a flashback revealing her connection to other fairies and how she ended up in Neverland. TVGuide hints at the possibility:

Pink fairy Nova (Amy Acker) was Grumpy’s True Love. If the three fairies were BFFs years ago, perhaps they confided in each other. What do you think Oncers? Could Tinker Bell, the Blue Fairy and Nova share an origin story? Do you have any ideas on how we might meet Tinker Bell? What do you hope to see when Tink makes her highly anticipated appearance? Will she still be working with the Lost Boys? Has she remained loyal to Peter Pan and helped him with his quest to capture Henry?

Speaking of Peter Pan, ‘OUAT’ may have cast its leader of the Lost Boys. TVLine exclusively reported the casting of Robbie Kay as one of the Lost Boys at the end of July:

Kay, who will appear on a recurring basis, is the first of Peter Pan’s Neverland minions to be cast for the new season. The show is currently searching for an actor to play the group’s mischievous, occasionally twisted leader, Rufio.”

Since then, SpoilerTV has claimed that Kay is actually set to play Peter Pan. However, SpoilerTV is the only source reporting a confirmation on the change in Kay’s role.

So far, the character of Peter Pan has been described as some one we should fear. No offense, but Kay doesn’t seem very intimidating. Plus, Peter Pan’s persona still comes off as somebody older than the other Lost Boys. TVLine’s ‘Matt’s Inside Line’ gives us more insight on what we can expect from Peter and his mysterious ties to Rumple:

“
You may be wondering, as I was, why Once’s Peter Pan is a force “we all should fear”? (Or was Rumple overselling it?) “There’s a history between those two,” series cocreator Adam Horowitz affirms. “There is a big reason why he said if you’re going to be scared of someone, this is the guy to be scared of.” But there is also a degree of professional respect. “When you meet Pan, you’re going to see a very, very, very clever person,” says Eddy Kitsis. “And if there’s one thing Rumple admires, it’s somebody who has game.””

Check out this shaky footage of a sneak peek from the season 3 premiere which was shown at last weekend’s D23 panel. The clip reveals that Peter Pan may still have hold over Rumple. A token from the past causes Rumple to tear-up and drop to his knees. What kind of sordid history do they share?

How do you feel about Peter Pan? Do you think this menacing presence should be embodied by an older actor? Could a child be that daunting to Rumple? Granted, Gold grew weary of Henry once he realized the role the boy would play in his future. Nonetheless, we’ve learned that Henry can hold his own when faced with evil. This kid will not let Peter Pan get the upper hand, no matter how old he turns out to be. What do think Oncers?

Last but not least, ‘OUAT’ has found its new Robin Hood! Although some of us hoped to see Tom Ellis reprise the role, his busy schedule kept him from fulfilling ‘Once’s’ plans for our hooded hero. Sean Maguire will take the bow and arrow from here on. TVLine broke the news first, saying:

With Merlin‘s Tom Ellis unavailable to return to the role he played in the Belle-centric Season 2 episode “Lacey,” fellow Brit Sean Maguire will play the character for a recurring arc, TVLine has learned exclusively.”

Entertainment Weekly adds that Robin Hood will appear in at least four episodes this season.

Like Ellis, Maguire has a knack for finding the balance between comedy and drama, playing both genres with great skill. Our first glimpse of Robin Hood last season was pretty intense, but Maguire’s casting leads us to believe that Robin Hood could offer some comic relief with a biting and cheeky sense of humor similar to Hook and Rumple. One thing is certain, Maguire is happy to be part of the ‘OUAT’ family. He tweeted:

Once Upon A Time Executive Producer Adam Horowitz has taken to Twitter again with more titles for the upcoming third season of the show.

He had already revealed the first three titles -- those would be "The Heart Of The Truest Believer," "Lost Girl," and "Quite A Common Fairy," respectively. But what episodes are coming after that?

#3.4 is called "Nasty Habits," and it is written by David H. Goodman and Robert Hull.

The fifth episode of Once Upon A Time Season 3 is "Good Form," and it's written by Christine Boylan and Daniel T. Thomsen.

Finally, it has been revealed separately that the sixth episode of the new season, which features JoAnna Garcia as The Little Mermaid, is called "Ariel."

Once Upon A Time Season 3 starts Sunday, September 29 on ABC.

Once Upon a Time Season 3, Episode 5 Title Revealed!

Episode 5 of Once Upon a Time's third season 3 is shaping up to be form-ulaic. And we mean that as a compliment!

Co-creator Adam Horowitz posted this picture on Twitter which shows the script for the fifth installment, the cover of which is emblazoned with the title "Good Form."

As anyone who peddles in fantasy tales can tell you, "good form" — i.e. fair and honorable behavior — was an obsession for Captain Hook in J.M. Barrie's Peter Pan.

In Barrie's story, Hook worries that Peter has stumbled into "good form" to possess it and seems almost relieved when the mischievous boy exhibits "bad form" by kicking him into the jaws of a crocodile.

So we're guessing that the Once Upon a Time episode will focus on our version of Captain Hook (Colin O'Donoghue) and Peter Pan.

And snap-happy crocodiles may or may not be involved.

Once Upon A Time Spoilers: More Episode Titles Revealed

Once Upon A Time Executive Producer Adam Horowitz has taken to Twitter again with more titles for the upcoming third season of the show.

He had already revealed the first three titles -- those would be "The Heart Of The Truest Believer," "Lost Girl," and "Quite A Common Fairy," respectively. But what episodes are coming after that?

#3.4 is called "Nasty Habits," and it is written by David H. Goodman and Robert Hull.

The fifth episode of Once Upon A Time Season 3 is "Good Form," and it's written by Christine Boylan and Daniel T. Thomsen.

Finally, it has been revealed separately that the sixth episode of the new season, which features JoAnna Garcia as The Little Mermaid, is called "Ariel."

Once Upon A Time Season 3 starts Sunday, September 29 on ABC.

Ausiello: Matt Mitovich just got off the horn with series creators Adam Horowitz and Eddy Kitsis, and they caught us up on some of the backstory gaps that will be filled in via flashbacks during Season 3. Episode 2 is Snow/Charming-centric, covering the time between the former’s awakening from the sleep curse and when they encountered Regina on the battlefield. “How did the queen react to that? And who first told her?” Horowitz wonders.  Episode 3 will relate Tinkerbell’s origin, featuring The Blue Fairy (but not Amy Acker’s Nova) and addressing the question: “What makes a fairy?” Also on tap for fall is a new chunk of Rumple’s past, the tale of how Hook became a pirate and the self-explanatory Episode 6, titled “Ariel” (and yes, Eric is being cast/will not be an existing character).

'Once Upon a Time' Season 3 Spoilers: Details on Peter Pan's Lost Boys & Episode 4 Title Revealed

With Once Upon a Time taking place in Neverland for much of season 3, a few new details have been released about one of the Lost Boys.

One of many new characters Once Upon a Time will feature in season 3 is Devin. He is described as a Lost Boy who has living in Neverland for a long period of time, according to a Monday report by E! Online. Devin is fiercely loyal to the main villain of season 3. He is often overshadowed by his fellow Lost Boys, and is competitive because of how often he is overlooked.

Devin is one of Peter Pan's Lost Boys, who was originally appeared the Peter Pan novels by J.M. Barrie. Another of those Lost Boys is Rufio, a character from the 1991 movie adaptation Hook.

The producers showed a clip from the season 3 premiere at Disney's D23 fan convention recently, featuring one of the Lost Boys. In the clip, one of the Lost Boys taunts Mr. Gold/Rumplestiltskin (Robert Carlyle) and threatens him. It is unknown whether Rufio or Devin is the boy in the clip.

In other Once Upon a Time news, series co-creator Adam Horowitz tweeted the title of the fourth episode of season 3. The episode, which began shooting Monday, will be called Nasty Habits.

As for what the title could mean for the plot of the episode, the "habit" may be a pun for the garb the nuns in Storybrooke wear. Nuns like Mother Superior (Keegan Connor Tracy) and Astrid (Amy Acker) were left behind in Storybrooke as the main characters sailed off to Neverland. Nasty Habits may return the show to Storybrooke to check on the status of the various nuns.

Season 3 of Once Upon a Time premieres on Sunday, Sept. 29 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
